High-Profile case involving Dollar Loan Center’s right to due process argued before the South Dakota Supreme Court

Zachary W. Peterson argued before the South Dakota Supreme Court on Monday, on behalf of Dollar Loan Center. The State’s Division of Banking revoked DLC’s lending license in September 2017 without first holding a statutory administrative hearing. The Court’s October session was held at the University of Sioux Falls, with nine appeals scheduled for oral argument.
